Our company continuously works to create a workplace environment where everyone can work authentically, including the promotion of DEI. As a result of these efforts, we have received the "Gold" rating for three consecutive years in the "PRIDE Index," which evaluates initiatives supporting LGBTQ+ and other sexual minorities in the workplace. In June 2023, we also received the highest three-star certification under the "Eruboshi Certification," a recognition for companies promoting women’s active participation established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. In 2025, we also obtained the "Kurumin Certification" as a company that supports child-rearing.

Commitment to a Science-Based Net-Zero Target
As a member of the Dentsu Group, Dentsu PR Consulting is advancing initiatives aimed at realizing a sustainable society. To support the sustainable growth of clients and society as a whole, the Dentsu Group is working to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon society and mitigate the future impacts of climate change.
As part of this effort, the Group has set a goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across its entire value chain by 2040. To achieve this, emissions reductions are prioritized first, while any remaining emissions (less than 10%) will be addressed through highly reliable and verifiable GHG removal schemes.

Acquisition of ISO 14001 Environmental Certification
As a member of the Dentsu Group, Dentsu PR Consulting has obtained certification for the environmental management system ISO 14001:2015.
Everyday Environmental Initiatives

Women’s Empowerment
Dentsu PR Consulting supports diverse ways of working through concrete initiatives, including endorsement of Keidanren’s “Challenge for 30% by 2030,” increasing the ratio of female employees and women in managerial positions, achieving 100% parental leave uptake among both men and women, and obtaining relevant certifications and recognitions.
Keidanren’s “Challenge for 30% by 2030”
Dentsu PR Consulting supports Keidanren’s “Challenge for 30% by 2030” and have set a target of achieving a female representation ratio of 30% or more among our officers by 2030.
Three-Star Eruboshi Certification
In recognition of our initiatives to promote women’s empowerment, as well as improvements in the ratio of female employees and women in managerial positions, Dentsu PR Consulting has received the highest three-star rating under the Eruboshi certification granted by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
Kurumin Certification as a Childcare Support Company

Promoting Understanding of LGBTQ+ and Developing an Inclusive Workplace
Dentsu PR Consulting is working to deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and create a workplace where everyone can work with peace of mind. Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001 Certification)
As we handle personal information and our clients’ confidential corporate information, we have been committed to proper information management since obtaining certification for our information security management system, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (JIS Q 27001:2023).
In addition, we have established social media usage guidelines and provide employees as well as external partner companies with guidance on important considerations when using social media.
Legal Compliance
Dentsu PR Consulting makes every effort to ensure legal compliance both at the corporate level and by each individual employee. We regularly hold study sessions attended by all employees and conduct awareness-raising activities on standards of conduct expected of employees both as business professionals and as private individuals.
Commitment to Professional Ethics in PR
As standards for employees’ professional conduct, we support and put into practice the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), as well as the Code of Ethics of the Public Relations Society of Japan (PRSJ).
In word-of-mouth (WOM) marketing activities, we also carry out our work related to online consumer-to-consumer communication in accordance with the WOMJ Guidelines established by the WOM Marketing Association of Japan.
We also comply with relevant laws and regulations in advertising displays and expressions, and as a member of Japan Advertising Review Organization (JARO), we conduct our business so as to provide appropriate information that does not mislead consumers.
